Female Medical Students won case in PHC against PIMS

PESHAWAR: The Students of final year MBBS who were rusticated from Pakistan International Medical College on allegation of belonging to DAISH won the case in Peshawar High Court on Monday at Peshawar.

The Two sister students have now filed damages suit against PIMS principal and other staff members.

Two female students Sarah and Meena are sisters who were rusticated from college on the allegation of the administration that they belong to DAISH group only because of the reason that they observe HIJAB in the college.

The administration/ staff of Pakistan International Medical College consistently called the two sisters that you belong to Daish group because of their religious background.

The two sisters have filed writ petition in the PHC through Mian Muhibullah Kakakhel & Saifullah Muhib Advocates in which it has been added that administration issued a notification that they have arranged a trip to abbottabad and 5 staff members would accommpany the two buses (male and female separate) but on the way to abbottabad the buses were turned to murree route without assigning any reason.

The sisters complained but the only one staff member instigated the students that they belong to daish and they attacked the sisters but they escaped unhurt.

According to the notification they were suppose to reach peshawar at 11 PM but the buses reached at 3 PM and thereafter to save their skin rustication orders were handed over to them for insulting the staff member who also alleged them for more than 3 years that they belong to Daish.

Both the sisters are daughters of Ex. Vice Chancellor of Northern University Nowshera namely Dr. Muhammadullah

The rustication order was set aside by PHC and now they have filed suit for damages in court of civil judge Peshawar to demand Justice for Injustice been done with them.
